Your documents never leave your phone
The photos, scans and PDFs you process with Requisito Listo are processed entirely on your phone. We do not upload them to any server, we do not see them and we do not store them outside your device. Face detection and background replacement also run on the phone.
My documents
What you save in "My documents" and your drawn signature are encrypted (AES-256) on your phone, with a key stored in the system keychain. If you uninstall the app or change phones, they are lost: there is no cloud copy.
Expiry reminders
Reminders are local notifications scheduled on your phone. Nobody else knows when your document expires.
Ads
The free version shows Google AdMob ads, always non-personalized. Google may use device identifiers to show and measure ads and to prevent fraud, according to its policy (policies.google.com/privacy). We never send your documents or their content to the ad network.
Usage and error measurement
We use Google Analytics for Firebase, Crashlytics and Performance Monitoring to learn which procedures are used, where the app fails and how long it takes. Technical and usage data is sent (phone model, version, chosen country, which template you opened, whether the result met the requirements), linked to an installation identifier, never to your name. We never send your photos, your documents, their names or their content. The website uses Google Analytics to measure visits.
Purchases
Subscriptions are processed by the App Store or Google Play. We do not receive your payment details.
Templates
The app downloads the updated list of requirements for each procedure from our website. That download does not include any of your data.
Your rights
We do not collect your documents or data that identifies you; the usage data in the previous section can be deleted by uninstalling the app or writing to us.
