- Sign in to or register for My Service Canada Account
- Go to the Canada Pension Plan section
- Select "View my contributions"
- Print it or ask for an official copy by mail

Tips to get it right the first time
- If you live in Quebec or only worked there, ask Retraite Québec instead.
- If a printout is contested in court, ask for an official paper copy.
- You can also request it by mail from CPP in Winnipeg.
