Tips to get it right the first time
- The photo must come from a commercial photographer, taken within 6 months; scanned prints are not accepted.
- Edits, filters and AI tools are not allowed: use this to check the size and ratio of your photographer's file.
- Ask for the digital file and a printed copy, in case you can't finish the renewal online.
