This is the commonly used size: we found no requirement published by the institution. Confirm it before your application.
Tips to get it right the first time
- After OUAC, each university asks for documents in its own applicant portal, with its own size limit.
- Most want one PDF per document: join multi-page transcripts into a single file.
- Limits vary (uOttawa: 10 MB, Toronto Metropolitan: 50 MB); 2 MB passes almost any portal.
How to do it with Requisito Listo

- Add the PDFs and photos in the order requested.
