- Head (crown to chin): 60–78 % of the height
- Plain white background, no shadows
- Maximum size: 50 KB
- Format: color JPG
This is the commonly used size: we found no requirement published by the institution. Confirm it before your application.
Tips to get it right the first time
- Each recruitment body sets its own limits: always check the notice; some portals now capture a live photo.
- Photo without cap or dark glasses, on a light background, taken recently.
- Signatures usually go in a separate, smaller JPG: sign inside the box so it fills most of it.
