Tips to get it right the first time
- The face should take up 80–85% of the photo, from the top of the hair to the bottom of the chin.
- Take off your glasses, keep your mouth closed and look straight at the camera.
- In India the photo is usually taken at the Passport Seva Kendra; the upload is mostly needed when applying from abroad.
